The presentation will discuss potential nexuses between the study of religion, migration, and police work. It builds on Göran Larsson's experiences as a guest professor at the Faculty of Police Work at the University of Borås, as well as on his research in the field of religious studies.

The questions addressed include: Is there a nexus between religion, migration, and police work, and should scholars of religion engage with topics related to migration and police studies? What potential challenges and opportunities can be identified, and does this represent an emerging field of research?
